I clicked on a website and it some how infected my computer. Now I can’t open the internet browser or any files on my computer, i can’t even open firewall. I can still get on to the main screen but it tells me that "YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED WITH SPYWARE"
PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM IN DETAILS.

Restart PC in safe mode by gently tapping F-8 key, choosing Safe Mode with Networking. Download, update, run Malwarebytes in Full Scan.
